Parties’ Joint Press Release

NASHVILLE, Tennessee - December 11, 2009 - John T. Unger/John T. Unger, LLC and Rick Wittrig/Firepitart.comLLC today announced a non-confidential settlement ending the legal dispute between them. This settlement fully resolves all of the parties’ claims against each other, including their litigation. The parties have also agreed on a framework to help them avoid and resolve any future disputes.

New Fire Pit Design

The Moons of Saturn fire pit I finished designing on Monday was a great hit at the Nashville Lawn and Garden Show. It combines stone and steel in an applealing fashion. The fire pit is also suspended in the air unlike my other designs. It will be a one of a kind piece as the salvaged limestone pillar I used to support the bowl is not replaceable. I am excited about finding it's new owner and installing this piece of artwork for them!
